My Story

Hi, I’m Tina Parikh - a mom of two, pharmacist, certified coach, and leadership professional dedicated to helping people unlock their potential and create lasting success.

My journey has taken me from a pharmacy role to a leadership role, and through it all, one thing has remained constant: my passion for growth and empowerment. I’ve completed executive education programs, stepped into impactful leadership roles, and built youth summer camps that helped our youth gain confidence, resilience, and purpose.

Now, I use my background in healthcare, coaching, and leadership to teach others how to succeed with clarity, strategy, and heart. Whether you’re looking to stand out, climbing the career ladder, or simply looking for more direction in life, I’m here to share what I’ve learned - and walk with you as you achieve your goals.

I graduated from University of Southern California with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and from Duke with a Health & Wellness Coaching Certification. NBC-HWC board certified.
